Turns out the real reason Samsung's 10GB Yepp YP-900 hard drive MP3 player is delayed until September is that Apple threatened to sue them, saying that it too closely resembles the iPod. Rather than stand their ground, Samsung caved, and is redesigning the YP-900, hence the delay.
