    O-ZONELite

    We're all about convergence of function here at Gizmodo, so something like this O-ZoneLite light 'source', that not only provides photonic goodness but acts as an air purifier, gets a thumbs up from us. The bulb (if you can call a coil a bulb) is coated with titanium dioxide, killing microorganisms with which it comes in contact, reducing them to carbon dioxide and water. Suspiciously, the O-ZoneLite doesn't emit ozone, which makes for quite the mystery about why exactly that name was chosen.
