    Rocket Lamp - And I Think It's Gonna Be a Long Long Time

    I used to have this crazy Russian lamp celebrating Sputnik or something that was very sharp and pointy and excellent for kids to play around, I'm sure. This rocket lamp is much more acceptable, with no sharp points and nothing that could suggest the psychosexual nature of 1960s space flight to an impressionable young boy. Instead, this "accent" lamp, priced at about $240, is shaped just right to suggest a space program blunted by fear and the effects of an extremely litigious society. To the moon, lads!
