Unless you're doing something the US government should be wondering about (and really, not even then), there's absolutely no reason your call records should be available to anyone. So it's nice to know that Cingular is trying to make sure we get our privacy straight up, slapping a restraining order on two companies that own websites that say they can get call records from any mobile customer by using fraudulent methods. Like saying they're the customer in question to get all their calls. But wait, don't you need all kinds of passwords and shit to do that?
