Pioneer announced that they will be jumping on the exclusive-branded store bandwagon by opening up a Pioneer joint in Costa Mesa, Calif. Besides allowing customers to completely design and install an audio system with expertise help and hands-on trials, Pioneer will also use the Costa Mesa store to experiment with foreign products over here in the states. One of the products confirmed for testing there is the Pure Malt Speakers that are constructed of recycled whiskey barrels.

This massive, 3,200 square foot store is slated for an August opening. – Travis Hudson
