The Shake-a-Brush from iTouchless seems a strange concept right from the start: it customizes your normal everyday toothbrush into a battery powered vibrating one. You can buy battery powered brushes already can't you? And, ok, electric toothbrushes may be expensive, but they're also designed to cleverly clean your teeth, and shake-a-brush will just, um, shake your brush. Ah... now we understand: it's a highly moddable gadget, perhaps? If you have a big stockpile of toothbrushes ready, it's available now, but costs $39.95. [iTouchless via Chipchick]

I think I will stick with the 6.99$ crest spinbrush.....
Dollar store toothbrushes are a way of life.
Or you could get the OralB Pulsar
[www.oralb.com]
my battery powered brush that already does this cost about 10 bucks (with oscillating head.... insert crude joke here ______________)... why...oh why would I want to pay the extra 29 bucks?????
Yeah, Oral B makes very nice electric toothbrushes for $20.00.
i bought a sonicare toothbrush over ten years ago, it still works fine, replace the brush twice a year and it keeps on keepin on
rough cost estimate
original purchase = 100.00
brushes 2 for 20.00

Awesome show.
original purchase = 100.00
brushes 2 for 20.00 for 9 years (the original came with 2} = 180.00
total = 280.00 / 10 years
cost per year = 28.00
much better over the long haul, and it actually does something, as opposes to this

@godwhacker:
Yeah... why does Giz not have an "Edit" button and a "delete post" button. It's a freakn' Gadget site... surely the posting should have a little more functionality!??
@sonburn:
I always figured that the inability to alter posts encourages intelligent, well thought-out comments by way of public humiliation. post errantly once and people will jump down your throat.
well the closest anyone here got to making a joke abot vibrators was sonburn so i will help you all out.Ahem.clean your teeth and get a gift for that special lady in your life at the same time.
@SirNirian:
Just please... oh please don't use it at the same time.... hehehe I'm big on oral hygene.
@nutbastard: Yeah, learned my lesson when I jumped down your throat the other day for ripping on mac users... Sorry didn't pick up on the sarcasm after not sleeping properly for three nights running... Mental note: don't comment on Giz after huge lack of sleep!!!
