Here's an interesting take on RC flying bots; the Z-Flyer Hand Command Robot hovers right above the palm of your hand, wherever that maybe, you dirty devil. The astronaut shuns a conventional remote control, instead relying on your very own hand; how well it will work is questionable, but it is certainly a cool idea. Hell, for £24.95 ($50) we're willing to bite. If the innovative control system didn't have us sold, the flashing green LEDs should do it for sure. The Z-Flyer will give seven minutes of flying time on a ten minute charge, and it docks into the central space station to get the juice levels up—how cute. [Gadgets.co.uk via NerdApproved]

Sweet, flashing green LEDs.
looks like one of those hand held hilicopter toys I had when I was a kid where you pull the string and the propeller spins
What guilt?
If you added a camera and keyed it to the say the top of your head, it could act as your own personal surveillance camera.
What if you have to scratch your nose?
@Gary_7vn: Why stop there? The nerd in me is waiting for something that will orbit the "wearer" like an ioun stone (see [forgottenrealms.wikia.com]). At the very least, you could slap a persistence of vision display on something like that and have a marketing gadget for conventions.
It really shouldn't be that hard to have an autonomous robot "bird" toy these days. I would love to have something that did nothing more that sit on a (solar) charging nest, tweeted a bit, and flew around the room until it need to return. Bonus points for getting them sophisticated enough to flock in numbers. How awesome would that be to see at a trade show?
@Computer_Chef:
Good ideas! Kaizen is the name of the game!
Don't forget the auto-destruct mechanism...LOL
