Unfortunately, the only "pro" CNET lists for the Kodak V1003 in its review is that comes in a rainbow of colors, so you're getting what you pay for (maybe good for your kiddies?). But! Dont buy from woot.com They will cancel your order without your knowledge...if they DO get around to filling it, it will take at least 3 months. They do not answer emails and there is no contact number to follow up on.

My experience has been horrible each time and I just wanted to share my nightmares with the rest of ya'll. Im sure someone else will come afterwards and laud thier service...

That cool aid drinker probably is mac fan boi too. Heck yeah mac/microsoft war at post 2!

I happen to own this camera, and I find it to be pretty solid. My biggest problem is the shutter lag time is annoyingly long, so its not the best for split second "OMG is that really Elvis?!" photo-ops. But for what I paid for it (about $100) its hard to top in my opinion

@Git Em SteveDave: Personally, I wouldn't touch it. A $90 Kodak digital, especially one with reviews like this, is probably not worth it. Even if you really like pink.

The V1003 is an absolute disaster of a camera. Do not buy it, it's worthless.

a friend of mine had this on vacation.. and really it took reasonable pictures. and for $90 you cant ask for much more. you cant compare this to an slr and dont compare it to a high end P&S from canon or fuji or nikon, but come on, its $90 and for her and the average janes and joes that buy it, it does its job and it does is decently.
