The RC-12 Mini Camera is essentially a 1.2 GHz wireless camera with a 30 meter range, a 2.7 MP CMOS sensor and waterproof housing. It looks about as big as a LEGO brick and can shoot 45 minutes of video on a single charge. This camera isn't anything I have any practical use for, but it's the type of gadget I would find a non-practical use for (and no, I won't drop some lame girls' locker room reference here—wait...shit). I'd probably have this thing express shipped to my doorstep if it didn't cost $270. That hurts. [Killian Nakamura via Ubergizmo via Oh Gizmo!]

hey we should make some wierd sex video taking video from disgusting locations with this...............
@takemetoyourtoaster: No, I think one video of a one-eyed-yogurt-shooter depositing a protein supplement in a meat cavern is enough.
Comment on RC-12 Mini Camera is Tiny, Works Underwater, Wireless to 30 Meters Isn't 1.2 GHz reserved for aircraft navigation use in the U.S.? The (jump)suits at my (very)local USAF base might take exception to this camera.
@electrikecho: Now I'm all confused, am I supposed to be aroused, and hungry, or nauseous.
I'll go with nauseous.
@electrikecho: I was thinking.......wheres the golden shower shot
@skeksis: Ah, my bad.
@fastmike: Ah. like from the receiving perspective? I guess that'd the next strange level of POV videos found and posted to the Giz.
Colin Firth is NOT happy about this, not happy at all.
I'd love a WIRED version of this camera. I'd stick it in/on the books I have on my shelf in my cubicle. That way, I can see if my boss is coming down the aisle!
@electrikecho: beautifully put.
WANT. C'mon Giz... do a review!!! But PLEASE don't have it involve hairy interns, bathtubs, & toasters... no one needs to see that... oh, wait.
Seriously though- if it got a good review I might get one... otherwise, $270 is a bit steep to spend on a whim. If it works well, though, could be real fun to duct tape a tether to it and send it into one of my favorite swimming holes! For research! Really!
