I looked everywhere, and [b]nobody[/b] has it for pre-order except a real shady site that kept saying I wanted 3x Black 20GB and 1 White 12GB, and said the shipping address was some crazy town in a state that didn't exist (no joke!)

I'll keep looking, but so far this is a load of shit. The May 12th date has been said before though, so I'm hoping that's not a lie.

I want to get one so bad, and I want the 9" screen, but I don't want to pay this much! I can pay about $300, so I don't know if I'm going to get an eee or some other micro-sized laptop...

I've been looking for a pre-order for days, and none of those 'usual suspects' has one.

Guess I'm just going to have to wait until next week...

It's all over Taipei right now. So tempted to pick one up (about $520 is the best price I've seen), but black can't be had for love nor money.

@Sam_Zebian: Well you will never get a 9" UMPC for $300, but you can get a 701 for $299, so hope that helps :)
