Canon EOS 500D; 18-55m Lens (Shot at 21mm); 20" f/18 ISO800. I shot this in my rooms at Queens' College. I set the camera for a 20" exposure (with a 2" self timer!) with flash (with a diffuser). Once the flash had gone off I ran and jogged on the spot in the doorway for the entire 20 seconds, to create a ghost effect. -Tom Medley
