Apple Replacing iPod Shuffle Headphones

A particularly sweaty Californian man has already filed a lawsuit against Apple for the iPod Shuffle headphones, but as of this week Apple is offering anyone who's had problems with them a replacement pair for free.

Specifically, they're the headphones with the remote controls on the wires, sold with the Shuffle between February 2009 and February 2010. Apple's listed the symptoms as including non-responsive controls, unexpected volume issues and voice feedback playing unexpectedly.

If this sounds like you—or you're wanting a freebie pair and can prove you own one of the Shuffles—Apple has said to get in touch. [Apple via 9To5Mac]
