Designers United Visual Artists claim that this laser living room is part of an installation commemorating the 10th anniversary of broadband in the U.K. I think it just looks like a nice place to crash after a light cycle race.
The project, titled Speed of Light, incorporated 148 lasers across six rooms of a Victorian bargehouse in London.
You may not be able to sit on the laser couch, and you may not be able to turn on the laser TV, but no one said living inside a cut throat video game bizarro-world was going to be comfy. [DesignBoom]
