Supposedly it'd be aimed at small businesses (does a home-workin' blogger count, Apple? Cos I have a broken iBook here just asking for a look-see), who can't really take off a few hours for waiting in-line at an Apple store. The new Joint Venture service (not the catchiest of names, really) will also allow Geniuses to speak to customers over the phone—a first for the company. [BGR]
