iPhone and iPad rumors, like Walgreens Halloween decorations, seem to come a little earlier every year. Today: "industry sources" say that Apple's next-generation processor has entered the manufacturing stage, too late to be shoved into this fall's maybe-but-probably-not iPad 3.
