Professional Lego builders usually build things they're passionate about. But even they have to pay the bills, which is why Lego maniac Eric Harshbarger built this full size mockup of an anesthesia machine as commissioned by GE.
It's not as exciting as Lego Miranda-class starships or aircraft carriers, but there's obviously plenty of unique details that have to be created, providing just as much of a building challenge. And after GE sent over a sample machine for him to study, Eric poured over 30,000 bricks and countless hours into its creation. But as impressive as it looks, the only way its going to knock someone out is if it topples over on them. [Eric Harshbarger via Technabob]
