The Ghost of Mondrian Haunts These Sound Absorbing Wall PanelsS

Beautifully blending form and function, Finnish designer Tapio Anttila created these modular sound absorbing wall tiles that can be placed in any room to improve its aesthetics, and cut down on the amount of noise.

Each panel is made from acoustic cellulose fiberboard covered with cotton fabric to absorb as much sound and echos as possible, providing a bit of relief for your ears. And when grouped together on a wall, the panels look like a piece of art transplanted from Piet Mondrian's studio, providing a visual treat for your eyes. But while he stuck with bright primary colors, the Whisper panels are limited to a muted selection of earth tones so they don't pop or draw as much attention to themselves.
