The Unholy Offspring of a Tribble and a Roomba

Once you lay eyes on the adorable and huggable-looking Mocoro floor cleaning bot, all of a sudden your Roomba, with its hard plastic housing, will start to look like a cold, calculating, dust-busting Terminator. How could anyone not fall in love with this autonomous rolling duster that looks like a cross between McDonald's old Fry Guys and a tribble?

Available next week for $67, the Mocoro is not unlike the random rolling toys designed to keep your pets entertained. But wrapped in a furry mop-like coat, it instead rolls about your home collecting dust and other debris that collects under furniture. A built-in timer sends it on a hunt for dirt every 15 minutes, and on a set of three AA batteries it will wander your home for up to three hours.
