Kind of like the anti-Christmas, April Fool's Day is hands down the worst day of the year. Companies around the world come up with lame products and issue even lamer press releases in a misguided and utterly disastrous attempt to be funny. Except for ThinkGeek.
The online store goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to thinking up April Fool's Day products. Its creations are so believable, in fact, that a few of them actually became a reality as a result of public demand. Remember the Star Wars Tauntaun sleeping bag? That started life as a prank you can now actually buy. The canned unicorn meat? Same deal. And this year ThinkGeek once again delivers a bunch of fake crap we desperately want.
