Laser-Cut Nori Rolls For a Designer Sushi Dinner Looking for a way to boost sales after the 2011 tsunami, a Japanese manufacturer of nori (sheets of seaweed used to make sushi rolls) turned to ad agency I&SBBDO for help.

The solution: patterns symbolizing good fortune, happiness, and longevity laser-cut onto the surface of the nori. Voila! Designer dinner.
