Man, HTC is becoming everyone's favorite law court gimp. Now even porn behemoth Vivid—the largest in the world—is threatening to sue them. Vivid sent a cease and desist letter saying that their HTC Vivid smartphone is breaching their trademark.

If they don't change the name by Monday, they will sue, says Vivid. HTC legal department is reviewing the complain, which sadly may not contain any spreads. [TMZ, The Verge]
