    A new material called "Metal Rubber" may find its way into gadgets of the future due to its unique ability to be stretched, heated, and generally abused while still conducting electricity - and still able to snap back into form when the bending and smacking is over. Apparently the vendor NanoSonic is being inundated with requests to use the material, which is currently being produced via a painstaking process that builds up the material one layer of molecules at a time.
