Handtops has a change-by-change analysis of the tweaks Vulcan has made to its Flipstart PC, comparing a new insider picture against the shown on the company's web site. None of the changes are exactly profound, but if you're it does show two things about the Flipstart: Vulcan isn't afraid to make changes to improve its design, and we're quite a ways away from seeing the FlipStart hit the shelves (the company says Q1 2005).
