This Algue wall covering isn't organic - it's only inspired by algae, not made from it. Each 12-inch by 8-inch plastic piece clips to the next in a variety of ways, allowing you to create a flowing, natural divider between rooms or to break up the starkness of a blank wall. They aren't even that expensive - $200 for 50 pieces at the showroom.
As is typical for fancy, avant garde home decorating items, a briny shanty smell is not included.
