@enchantedgoose: I'm fairly certain they have solutions like these in Japan already, and they seem pretty good at maximizing space usage in limited amounts of space.

@MiltoxBeyond: I've seen some in Shanghai that are truly amazing packing hundreds of car in a relatively small space.
@Project_J187: Add vents to elevator and parking area and voila! problem solved.
Besides, you want to have a vented area were you park.
I'm a gearhead, but the last thing I want in my house is residual engine heat, hot brake pad smell and exhaust. Specially in the morning before the Catalitic converter is heated up....

At the very least this is a very interesting idea bordering on greatness depending on where it is deployed.
