"The sage derivative's leaves have unique characteristics that absorb harmful gases..."
Yeah it's called photosynthesis. I learned about it in the 3rd grade. If you really want to help reduce carbon levels... kill a Vegan. They're the ones that are eating all of the plants that change CO2 into Oxygen (hee hee hee...plant shit). Carnivores like me are doing our best to reduce the CO2 producers, thereby lowering the overall "harmful gases" that get released into the air. #prius Reply

@liebermojo: Not only that, but this one is disturbing:
"the gardenia's leaves create water vapour in the air, reducing the surface temperature of the factory surrounds"
Did they know that water vapor is actually the most potent greenhouse gas, and is responsible for a vast majority of the energy trapped in the atmosphere? Water vapor is a more powerful greenhouse gas than CO2 ever will be. #prius Reply

@SEDAGIVE?!: Man!!! I hate water vapor... It's sooo much harder to get into my lungs! Water in my lungs makes me want to slap Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio! Just ask Ed Harris. #prius

Yup, especially since a significant amount of methane gas is produced by those sinful, godless cows. #prius Reply

@liebermojo: If you're going to make that argument, do it right. By killing the vegan not only do you eliminate an entity that is converting oxygen into CO2, but by killing and eating animals you eliminate an entity that (like the vegan) ate these environmentally beautifying plants as well as being a CO2 factory itself (and methane in many cases). #prius

@SEDAGIVE?!: Transpiration of plants, releases water vapor into the air, which is the mechanism that more than 90% of the worlds plants use for water transport from the roots to leaves. So technically they could have planted any plant that has a high rate of transpiration and live well in that ecosystem. #prius

@SEDAGIVE?!: Except water vapor is much more temporary than CO2. If the flowers prevent the release of enough other greenhouse gases, then the damage done is less permanent. besides, I though that some 20 percent of the cloud cover these days is caused by jet exhaust putting tons of water vapor in the atmosphere. Maybe that would be a better place to look to reduce water vapor rather than at a plant that is also scrubbing CO2 out of the air and producing oxygen along with the water vapor. #prius

@liebermojo: @Xagest: Calm down, pretty soon we won't even have enough fresh water to support those godless cows anyways and this tasty dilemma will be solved. Wait.... #prius

@liebermojo: Ok, you convinced me. I'm going outside now kill a vegan just because you said so. Who wants to come by for some BBQ?
Actually... are vegans any good? #prius Reply

@pKoba: Kind of like clowns... they taste funny.
Just don't get them at Whole Foods, they're way more expensive than arugula. And have you seen the price of that lately?!? It's better to pick them up fresh in the wild. but don't wait until burning man 'cause by then they are too ripe and stink alot!#prius Reply

@liebermojo: Don't forget that if you kill a vegan there's a 90% chance that you are also eliminating the demand for +1 Prius'. #prius
