Not to mention their ice cream is mostly AIR - hold a Breyer's pint in one hand and a Haagen Dasz in the other - the Breyer's feels like it's 1/4 the weight.

All they had to do was re-word the error message and they could have avoided the hubbub - but knowing the bastion of freedom and tolerance that is KC, I suspect there's a deeper issue.

Since the retail price was just dropped to $399 - and the "Road Test" participants were offered $200 off of $599.00 - was there ultimately any advantage to Road Testing (other than getting to use a really cool GPS for free for a few months)

My TMO phone was stolen about 2 years ago (called it in and only one local call had been made) But TMO refused to check who was using it by way of the IMEI number (which doesn't change even if you swap SIM cards) without a court order - very consumer unfriendly IMHO
