This plan is very similar to what is known as the "Coffee House" portfolio, which recommends distributing your investments into several index funds, 60% into 6 stock funds, and 40% into a bond market index.

ludwigk commented on T Mobile: Listen To The Most Pointless Customer Service Call Ever,
at 8:58 PM on May 12
If ER's system works by assigning cases to certain reps, and only that rep can help him with his case, then it seems entirely non-productive for him to keep complaining about it.
Jason can't help him, which truly sucks, but if he can't, then there's little reason for him to keep hammering his head against a wall.
Plus, in certain points, there is evidence that Kapil fails to make the distinction between customer service and executive relations.

I've gathered that it was a method of investing your excess liquidity in a manner that would have a high payoff, and it was "guaranteed money!!!" as long as credit confidence and lending remained high.

@justinpe: This doesn't prevent you reselling your (I think its) 2 that you purchase, but it does keep you from coming back and buying 2 more every day because they will deny you the phones after a certain number of transactions with a particular credit card.
