valis commented on Lenovo X300 vs MacBook Air Mossberg Bitchfight It's not 7 to 7 tie. When you say that MacBook Air has MacOs Leopard and it's a point, it's very subjetive, I work with Leopard, Vista & XP, and I do all the same things with the three OS, Photoshop, 3D, Illustrator, Quark, Premiere, waching movies, iTunes, organize photos & media and all common day by day operations. And the uper position of the screen is very "cogido por los pelos".

Anyway "Maxshanly" ir right (but don't forguet that tha MB Air can run Vista, ah, no, it can't load de install DVD :p)

valis commented on Cop Tases Pregnant Woman for Trying to Leave Police Station @richillion:

People are not machines, people under estress acts unpredictable, you MUST know how to treat them according to the situation, you are in a police office, with more polices, against awoman with a 1 year old baby. If you need a Taser to control the situation, you are a bad, useless cop. It's cop's work to know how to calm people and make the undestund the situation, and the most important, Why the hell they don´t "need" to make a warning to let you know that they have a Taser BEFORE firing. This cop must be FIRED now because he doesn't know how to do his job right.

Y punto pelota.

valis commented on Homemade Cocaine-Smuggling Sub: Party Time on Das Boot Yeah! and here in Spain we have the oldest Marine corps of the world (since 1.537).

In fact, MORIA was built by Colombian smugglers, then when it became obsolete the Dwarfves used it as a home. That's why Dwarfs are always hunger and never shave, or something. Ok, I'll TFSU.

valis commented on Rumor: Apple Planning a 3G iPhone for May Release Why Apple is 3 years behind other mobile manufacturers?, I mean, Apple only have 1 smartphone out there, they should implement the best, they proved price wasn't matter (remember the lines to get a 600 bucks iPhone)

3G is a 4 or 5 years old technology. They should have implemented it from the beginning y punto pelota. 50$ more each device?, no problemo, people always stay in line to pay.

It's a marketing trick to make another stellar anouncement of an updated model they could have produced from the beginning... Ok, I know! I'm repeating myself, I'll take my pills....

valis commented on Apple Spies on iPhone Users, Hackers Claim The question is how is it regulated by the law in the countries where Apple is selling the iPhone, for example, you know that here in Spain, they should announce that they are gathering personal data from you and they should offer you an adress where you can cancel this if you don't want Apple to have your data... isn't it?

The point is not that Apple knows if you are surfing for the weather or stocks, the question is should I be warned? or, can I officialy cancel it?

valis commented on The State of Blu-ray @huggy: Adivina... I'm waiting, everybody's waiting, that is why this format war will end in two obsolete formats eaten by solid memory flash, just imagine a read-only 50 Gb flash usb 3.0 like a business card, plug it directly to your 52'' plasma display, without the need of a decoder and relax, no more scratches, AACC or Nero Burning ROM... That is the future of digital information, I find it even better than holographic disks, what do you think?
