to be honest, i don't see why this should be illegal when cremation is.

M. Bison's full name is actually Mike Bison = Mike Tyson (that's why they changed it, in case mike tyson's lawyers came after them)

Vega WAS the dictator = M. Bison in the states. americans thought Vega sounded kinda gay, so they gave it to the metrosexual clawfighter instead.
