Is Anyone Tougher Than Farty Man?

Apple's App Store only provided a vague description, a mysterious screenshot, and a 99 cent price tag for an app called Are You Tougher Than Farty Man. Naturally this meant that I had to try it. [iTunes—Thanks, Zinger314!]
