What always bothered me about this ad is that it just says you need four arms or a robot to use this thing.
BTW, didn't some guy already make a life size BENDER robot that brews beer?

I like the robot. What creeped me out was the fact that there were two more inside her. Also the whole idea of the beer inside her... That's just bad planning on the part of the human race. You can't have the robots control the beer! we'd be doomed!!1one1

I must agree: this commercial is all over TV and it seriously creeps me right out.

I think they were hoping to get across how easy and convenient it is to use their draught keg, but the four arms on the robot kind of defeats the point.

I never really liked Heineken, but it has a nice flavor out of those overpriced balls of goodness. My roomates and I had a wall constructed of these little empty mini kegs. But that was before the liver transplant.

But yeah, CG robotic woman? Perfect maketing spot for their target audience. Now if it was a commercial for Stella, you'd need a commercial with a bit more pretention.

This is a lot like the I, Robot-like woman that's used on billboards to sell Vodka. Strangely enough, she's sexier than the eroticized Small Wonder Jerky doll that gives birth to a keg.

I like the way she looks. There have been way weirder things in commercials; I don't see why she's so creepy. Yes, a bit odd two more come out of her, but she herself looks very nice.

About 5 or 6 years ago for a sci-fi con i made a Bender costume (all metal) and strapped one of those mini kegs to me so I could serve beer. My spine still hurts.

I've seen this a few times now. While the visuals make for a nice wtf, I absolutely love the techno songs that plays over it (and for the radio commercial). I would happily download it if I knew where I could.

These DraughtKegs are OK for small parties, otherwise they are a pain in the rear, cause if you don't drink it all, you have this giant thing in your fridge taking up space with 18 ounces of beer left in it. But not a problem if the only other thing in there is ketchup and week old pizza.
