How to Swap iPhone Ringtones in 7-EZ Steps

iFuntastic is a Jailbreak GUI/Checklist for simplifying the still complicated iPhone Ringtone hack. Previously, there was a tutorial, but this UI does a lot of the scripting for you, including download of the tools, prepping ringtones, unlocking the Phone, etc. Warning: Downloading and running random apps on your Mac can be dangerous for your software. I assume "no dice" means it just didn't work, vs OMG my iPhone bRoKed and won't restore. I'm tempted to try it, but I don't want my iPhone bRoKeD.

WORKED PERFECTLY here are some tips on how to doit... when you put it in and select the folder, you press, unlock.. the pinwheel comes up... while its spinning, put the iphone into recovery mode, dont wait for it to stop... let it do its thing.. select the ringtones on the list, and click lock, reset.. and now i got new ringtones.. so excited

recovery mode is just the mode that is used for the mac to access the file system... it worked fine for me, no problems, i even did it a few times, only takes about 1 minute... but be sure that you use activity monitor to exit itunes and itunes helper before@doinka:
