After the Macworld announcement, F-Origin made up a quick and dirty hack of what their MyDevice is capable of. Long story short, they made up a mock iPhone/iPod interface that played video in landscape mode and had a "traditional" iPod interface. Ever since then, cellphone manufacturers have been beating down their door trying to get their OS and design into other phones.
What does this mean for you? Look for touchscreen and multi-sensored phones from companies other than Apple in the coming years.
