    Samsung SGH-T309 from T-Mobile

Although it hasn't been officially announced, it looks like T-Mobile has already started selling the SGH-T309, a new tri-band clamshell by Samsung. It has a 0.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, which is pretty chintzy but at least it has night mode and LED flash. There's also a self-timer function with 3, 5, and 10 second increments, and a multi-shot function that will shoot 6, 9, and 15 pictures at normal or high speed. It has a 65k TFT internal display while the external display remains monochrome. As with most of T-Mobile's phones, this also comes with text messaging as well as IM capabilities. Each phone is $100 after a service agreement and an instant discount.
