Panasonic has decided to get a little help with their new line of DSLR cameras. This is the Lumix DMC-L1. This camera features a 2.5-inch high-resolution live LCD, Venus Engine II, 7.5-megapixel Live MOS sensor, Supersonic Wave Filter for dust reduction, image stabilizer and SD compatibility. Panasonic will also be using a Leica D Vario-Elmarit 14-50/F2.8-3.5 lens.

This partnership has been well in the works for well over a year and it is good to see this camera finally happening. This camera along with all other new products from Panasonic and Olympus will be on display at the PMA 2006 International Convention and Trade Show starting today in Orlando, Florida.
