Wouldn't you need to leave space at the top for the clock to show...? (assuming portrait wallpaper not landscape) and space at the bottom for the "Slide to Unlock" / answer call buttons...?

The flower wallpaper in the videos shows the clock and the slider superimposed on the wallpaper.

In the David Pogue/NYT video, though, the wallpaper he is using (wife & kid?) is landscape and the clock is not superimposed on the picture...

Hm, now that they're actually on my iPhone, I think it's worth pointing out that some of the face are higher than others, thus making it difficult to set them as wallpapers...

you know it sucks that you can't select the image from the iphone and set it as the background as the instructions state.
