Art or science? That's the question you'll be asking yourself when you see this dead frog with a server embedded into its guts. Suspended in a clear glass of inert liquid, the frog has an Ethernet cable coming out of its insides, which in turn allows remote "visitors" to issue commands and make the frog twitch its muscles. It's definitely the most sadistic thing we've seen done to a frog since that Miss Piggy's S&M video. [Conceptlab via BoingBoing]

if it can do the hamster dance I am so getting one
what's with the parallel cable? Couldn't they do USB?
don't you mean, control a little basic robot thingy partially covered by a dead frog?
You see, if Michael Vick would've thought of something like this, he'd be in an entirely different situation right now.
It's obviously neither art nor science. It's necromancy.
Heresy! They all must be destroyed for their impertinence! I will not play in God's domain! I will not play in God's domain! I will not play in God's domain!!!
I think the market is ripe for virtual fishing. Oh, and you could pick a really hot chick to hold your pole for you in a bikini. You could order her to bait your hook, toss it in the lake, and let it bob up and down for awhile.
If it could call upon mother nature to rain then I'm totally getting the Malaysian government to order enough to flood the entire country. My red-tailed Boa almost died of heat stroke yesterday, that poor little thing.
Just wait 'till they cover it with a MAN SUIT.
I use to do that too back last millenium, they called it "Froggers" I think.
@nube: Basically that's all it is. I thought they were using electric impulses or something to make the muscles in a dead frog twitch. But I guess it's easier to make a bot covered in dead frog skin.
