    This winter has been particularly horrible for Cox and my cable service and because I live on the Internet—cable outage equals boredom death. Believe it or not, but a computer still works without Internet and there are many useful things that can be done. Most of it includes regular maintenance like uninstalling, cleaning out the insides (if it is a desktop) and continuing to prep and write blog posts. Not too bad of a list, maybe next time I will actually do something productive rather than cursing out a Cox tech over the phone for making me power cycle my modem 400 times.
