No, this isn't Microsoft's Bob. BOB stands for Battery Operated Barrier and it's a set of vehicle containment devices that cause severe tire damage. This BOB consists of two products. First, there's the barrier itself, a bright yellow arm that swings down over the road, and then there's the TRAP. The trap is an instantly deployable spike pad that can blow out a car's tires with the press of a button.
