If you want to truly personalize that home improvement project, turn any digital file into a ceramic tile that's scratch resistant and won't fade. Johnson Tiles will use your digital photo, favorite artwork, or anything graphic and turn it into any number of tiles you specify. Imagine the possibilities. but can they take the pix off my celly and use em? huh? its like 1/2 mega pixel or sum tin
Why spend money on something as permanent as ceramic tiles when you could just print it off on paper at http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/ and change it to your liking.
Or [Block Posters] if you want to print a picture non-rasterbated and in color.
Added bonus: Imagine the improvement on resale value with a giant tile-photo of your kids in the kitchen.
How about an extremly large picture of Vida Guerra in my kitchen.
This is almost as cool as doing an emulsion transfer, but bigger and more durable. I don't really know if that's a good thing though.

The rasterbator is the best. With a little time and patience, you can make giant wall hangings that look better than those tiles. I've made a few different projects with that program, and I love it.
It's also great for pranks... when you can hang a giant poster that covers your entire building.
I think it's pretty cool but it'll probably get tired after a while. Probably more useful in commercial installations rather than for the home.
Now I can put porn on the wall in my bath room and not have to worry about it getting soggy! Plus the cleanup would be alot easier!
The most important thing is to choose a proper picture. I think no one will ever get tied of looking at his child's picture.
I'm looking forward to moving into an apartment where the previous tenant went crazy with this.
