SAD Bodyclock

bodyclock.jpgSo there is a problem out there called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It makes people depressed because their body clocks have trouble adapting to the shorter duration of daylight in the winter months. This is the Outside In Bodyclock. It uses a bright light to help simulate a longer daylength, tricking those SAD sufferers' body clocks into thinking it's summer. There are three options: a controllable sunrise/sunset duration, night light and security light. This is probably one of the more expensive cheap lamps in the world at $141.
