    Space Toast, Broast to Roast

For those of you candy asses too sissified to roast your bread over open flame (my landlord hates this), a new UK-based company's invention may be finding its way into The Toaster of the Future. The newly patented system monitors sugar and carbon particles in the bread with a sensor, precisely detecting the effects of caramelization within the toast ingredients (bread, air, uhm, smell), making perfect toast as easy as making toast. In addition, the toaster will detect the same particle count even if re-toasting occurs, meaning you can actually reheat toast without fear of burning it. You won't get the thick, fortifying haze of wood smoke in your kitchen every morning, but you will have a device that can adjust to different bread conditions to provide the perfect slice every time. Thanks, Chris!
