    Zero Emissions Cargo Ship

Scandinavian design firm Wallenius Wilhelmsen went ahead and designed a zero-emissions cargo ship that takes advantage of wind, solar, wave and hydrogen-based power. Apparently, the firm is hoping to see features of the concept appearing in ships by 2010, but a "complete version" likely will not be realized until 2025. While this concept is designed to haul automobiles, I'm eager to see an oil-tanker version, for obvious, ironic reasons.
