    1-Minute Update: Xbox 360 Getting 1080p support...Meh

    moore_hddvd.jpgKotaku's Brian Crecente reveals that the Xbox 360 will upscale games and movies to 1080p from lesser resolutions. That's over component or VGA, they say, not HDMI...yet. Worth noting that you won't notice a goddamn thing unless you're running a big, big TV. Extra lines are ok, but since all flat panel TVs run deinterlacers, this announcement is interesting but way less interesting than reported by tech fanboys. –Brian Lam
