So here's something a little different. This is strip number one of our new original Gizmodo comics, written by yours truly and drawn by the super-talented Pedro Camargo, a member of the webcomix collective ACT-I-VATE. We're really excited about this, so enjoy the first strip and keep your eyes peeled for more goodness in the future.

these are actually quite frightening
...just like the RIAA
The artist captured Lars quite perfectly.
sheep go to heaven,
goats ... go to hell.
Those are really nice drawings. They remind me a little of Rick Geary's stuff. Two sparkley hooves up!
I remember an Napster interview/debate sometime in 1999-2000 where, responding to a question or comment like "you have fans who rely on bootlegs and copied copies of your music," Lars said something to the effect of yeah, well, those aren't the kind of fans we want.
Took the breath away from me and my friends.
this is gadget related..... how?
Lars's drawing kicked ass! Disgusting just like him.
Not so muc a comic as a set of images, but a good start.
Plus the snake with the combover is classic..
Just like Ulrich, Hetfield and Hammett wrote | "Sad but True"
Lars Ulrich - single-handedly justified every "dumb drummer" joke ever told.
Sucks.
The Snake mascot reminds me an awful lot of the Partnership Collective attorney drones from the science fiction webcomic Schlock Mercenary. (Here, the titular mercenary and his comrades, empowered to carry out a court-ordered bounty on the Collective, trap several drones with the promise of an ambulance to chase.)
I'm highly amused.
So essentially, what these cartoons do is equating humans to vermin. I've seen that somewhere before... would have hoped for criticism that comes along a bit more subtly.
