    Pioneer Elite Pro-FHD1 Plasma: 50 Inches, 1080p

    We saw the Pioneer Elite Pro-FHD1 plasma display at CES way back in January, and now it's time for the 50-inch 1080p screen to ship, at long last. Last time we saw the thing, it had a crispy-critter-looking picture, with nice dark blacks and plenty of contrast, as well as some fine-looking 1080p resolution.

    There's good reason for all that sharpitude, because Pioneer boasts this HDTV has the world's smallest plasma pixels, measuring just .576 millimeters across. Bring a fresh credit card, though, it will run you $10,000. – Charlie White
