Slingbox Updated, Adds Normal A/V Connectivity, New Styling

Slingbox, that device that lets you take your TV shows with you via broadband, will soon be updated. Sling Media has filed a few pieces of artwork with the FCC, showing a pretty nice-looking design. There's nothing revolutionary here, just a facelift that gets rid of that goofy segmented chocolate bar shape with "my this" and "my that" written all over the top, and it's a little smaller/thinner, too.

But wait, look out back, and you'll see more-conventional composite video and S-Video jacks instead of that weird three-in-one one cable it uses now. Maybe there are more changes underneath than meet the eye. Too bad there's still no WiFi support.
