Why is it that nobody makes something like this full sized? R2 wasn't really all that big, and if you're going to go to the effort to create such as detailed (and functional) recreation of the droid, do it 1:1 scale.
If this were 1:1 scale, I'd buy two (one for home, one for office). Although I'd probably repaint one R2D4 or something..

I needs to be full-sized and come with the Leia holo footage for testing or just as a goof (even if the mfr didn't want to pay the royalties on Carrie Fisher for the original footage, it could be recreated for the projector. Without any of that- feh.
Maybe Jason Chen will put THIS down his pants?
