    Wii Dropping October 30 (??)

    A drunken Nintendo exec apparently told a french website, Impact Virtuel, that the Wii would "officially announce" the Wii on October 30 with subsequent launches in Japan at the end of November and US and Europe launches a few days later. Unfortunately, this smacks of someone making merde up, but we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. – John Biggs
